Démonter, racler ou balayer puis nettoyer et rincer. Appliquer la solution javellisée ou faire un trempage. Rincer les surfaces
devant être au contact des denrées alimentaires. Rinçage nécessaire pour les surfaces métalliques ou caoutchouc.
DESINFECTION DES SANITAIRES ET CANALISATIONS
Verser directement dans la canalisation, la cuvette ou le siphon. Rincer en ouvrant le robinet ou en actionnant la chasse
d’eau.
DESINFECTION DES USTENSILES DE CUISINE
Nettoyer et rincer. Désinfecter par trempage dans un bac propre. Rinçage obligatoire à l’eau potable après désinfection.
